How to Apply for SSC Junior Translator Recruitment 2023?

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the SSC https://ssc.nic.in/. or click on the direct link shared above.
• Step 2: On the SSC homepage, click the ‘Apply’ option. Click Here
• Step 3: Search for the ‘Junior Translator Examination’ link. Click on the link.
• Step 4: You will get a ‘Login to Apply for the examination’ prompt. Click on ‘Ok’.
• Step 5: You will be redirected back to the SSC homepage, where you will find the Login section. If you are a new user, click on ‘Register Now’ and enter all your details on the next page to generate your registration number and password, else login with your pre-registered details.
• Step 6: Fill in the application with the required details, and make sure that the details are correctly entered and there is no discrepancy.
• Step 7: Once the application form is filled, attach the required scanned documents and review the details filled in the application form.
• Step 8: Pay the required application fee using an online payment gateway before submitting the application form. Download the application form once submitted and get a printout of it for future reference.

SSC Junior Translator 2023- Selection Process

The Selection process for SSC Junior Translator 2023 includes the four stages as given below-

• Written Exam (Tier-1).
• Written Exam (Tier-2)- Subjective.

SSC Junior Translator Exam Pattern

1. There will be 200 MCQ for 01 mark each.
2. The duration of the test will be 2 hours and 40 minutes for the candidates belonging to scribes.
3. There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Paper I (Computer-Based Test)

• Negative marking: 0.25 marks deduction for each incorrect answer.
• Correct answers: 1 mark is awarded for every right answer.
